1. The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, valuables, and other goods that the guest does not deposit in the safe, nor for objects left in their vehicle.

2. Any material damage to the establishment must be paid to the hotel before departure, for the total amount stipulated by Management.

3. The swimming pool may only be used from 8:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs.

4. Only the person or persons previously registered at the administration may stay at the hotel.

5. The Hotel reserves the right of admission to any person to its establishment.

6. The daily room rate will be computed starting at 12 hrs. If the guest does not vacate the room before that time, another day will be charged.

7. The guest guarantees payment of their account with a credit card and their luggage; therefore, they may not remove their luggage without authorization.

8. The guest who does not bring luggage must pay for their room in advance and at the time of making other consumptions.

9. The guest must pay their account when required by the hotel in cash or by authorized credit cards. Personal checks and any other type of credit instrument are not accepted. If the guest pays with foreign currency, an additional charge will be made for conversion into national currency.

10. For hygiene and guests’ comfort, animals are not allowed in the hotel.

11. In the event of a guest’s death, the hotel administration will notify the public prosecutor and may place the guest’s luggage at their disposal.

12. The Hotel will terminate the lodging contract and request that the guest vacate their room in the following cases:

A) For violating the provisions of these regulations.

B) When the guest causes a disturbance, commits acts against morality, or causes inconvenience to the hotel’s clientele.

C) If they cause material damage to the establishment, without prejudice to payment of the corresponding compensation.

D) If the guest commits a crime.

E) If they are absent from the hotel for more than 48 hours without prior notice to the administration.

F) If the guest suffers from a contagious disease.
